Anette Vadla Ravnås

Born in Stavanger, Norway 1984.

Studied for my BA in Art and Design at Oslo University College, finishing my degree at Swansea Metropolitan University doing Photography in the Arts.
My work is highly influenced by the aesthetics of paintings and fashion-photography. Working with glass, interior-design, painting and photography, I´ve always been looking for ways to combine the techniques and different medias to make something exceptional.

'I find inspiration in everything that surrounds me, from a movie or a fashion magazine to a story that engages me. Taking a photograph is about creating a scenario, where each detail must serve the image.'
